The staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to my needs. The room is impeccably clean, well-appointed, and has a balcony and whirlpool. There are smoke detectors for guests' safety. The hotel is in a good position in Wisconsin Dells, making it a relaxing base for exploring the area.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a balcony. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a plus. All the staff was very helpful, fixed my issues.

The location was great as we could easily walk around The Dells and it was close to the Woodside Sports Complex, which was convenient for us.

My fiance's bday & valentine's day are a week apart in february. I think that the four stars need to be removed to the hyatt & given to AmericInn lodge & suites. We paid $200 to stay in a room at the hyatt in dowtown chicago & the whole experience with them was awful! They double booked our room & someone walked in while we were intimate. We paid for their breakfast & the only hot thing they had were runny eggs. Your hotel is more luxurious, great breakfast that I did not have to pay for & excellent staff who knows what they're doing & did not give another guest our room key. Next year, we will be staying at your hotel for both valentine's day and my fiance's birthday.

Staff was great. It was clean and breakfast was good. They were excellent recommending places to eat and giving directions

The wifi did not work in the rooms. That was annoying. I did have trouble changing my reservation on BookIt. I had to call the motel and then there could have been a potential problem but they were good to correct it.

Convenient location close to major water parks 🌊, Chula Vista Indoor Waterpark, downtown area, and other attractions. Also nearby Woodside Sports Complex for tournaments and games.

I was impressed with the breakfast-waffles hard boiled eggs,cottage cheese, yogurt,sausage and the options with the sugar-free jelly and fat free cream cheese. I liked the fact that the pool was open to midnight for adults.

The beds are extremely comfy. The location is favorable for all activities. The room is brand new and perfect, equipped with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Nearby Monk's Bar & Grill is a great place to chill out.

The location of this place was great, with easy access to attractions, a tournament, and many restaurants; I had a room with a big bed, a writing desk.

The staff here were fantastic - friendly, helpful and knew a lot, and the location is so close to all the main attractions, which makes it really convenient.
